Dog Boarding Information
All of our dog runs are fully indoors and temperature controlled. They range in shape and size to fit your pet’s needs.
Run walls are covered in laminate for easy and efficient cleaning. In our main kennel area we have 45 individual runs,
38 of which are adjoining runs with solid guillotine doors between them. This enables us to board dogs from the
same household together but still give each animal their own personal space. We make sure your dog has clean
comfortable bedding during its stay with us and that fresh water is available at all times.
We also have a room designed to provide our 45lbs and under geriatric and medical
patient boarders with a less stressful environment. It is separate from the main
kennel area with one wall made up entirely of windows so we may monitor these
boarders at all times.
All dogs are leash walked five times a day in our spacious fence-in exercise area. Staff members walk
one dog at a time to ensure your dog is given proper attention during walks. For your dog’s safety,
we do not allow interaction of any kind between dogs from different household and dogs found to
be dog aggressive will be walked alone.
For those owners that would like extra interaction for their dog while boarding, we offer 15 minute
playtime sessions. These sessions are one on one with a staff member doing what your pet enjoys
most. This could be interactive play or simply cuddle time. Playtimes are done outside (weather
permitting) on a retractable lead. We also have accommodations inside for when weather conditions
are poor or for those clients that wish their dog to have off-leash playtimes.
Our boarders are fed at least twice a day. You are encouraged to bring your dog’s food from home
but we do provide Iams Intestinal Diet/Low Residue adult formula dry and canned, either option is
included in the price of boarding. If a diet is brought from home, we ask that dry food is measured
into single serving baggies. Our facility is equipped with a full sized refrigerator to store pre-cooked
diets, raw diets, or extra canned food. Any special or prescription diets must be supplied by the owner.
As mentioned on our main page, we require that all pets must have verification they are properly
vaccinated and tested two weeks prior to boarding. Dogs are required to be current on:
· Rabies Vaccine
· Distemper (DHLPP) Vaccine
· Bordetella (Canine/Kennel Cough) Vaccine
· Negative Heartworm Test
· Negative Fecal Test
