After graduating from Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003, Dr. Twardzik moved to Portland, Oregon, where she practiced for 10 years. In 2013, she returned to Maryland and joined the Paradise team. Her areas of interest include internal medicine, feline medicine, pain management, wellness and senior care.
In her time away from the hospital, Dr. Twardzik enjoys writing, reading, gardening, travel, and any number of outdoor activities. She currently shares her home with her cat Winky.
