As always, the health and safety of our clients, patients, team and our community is a top priority. We wanted to remind you, we will be continuing our safety and social distancing protocols specifically for our hospital services in adherence to state and local guidelines to help control the spread of COVID-19 and protect everyone in our community. We will continue to operate through curbside service only and require all clients to wear face mask protection as soon as they arrive for their pet’s appointment in our parking lot. You can expect all our team members to be wearing a mask too, as it is for your protection as well as theirs. We are handling our hospital appointments through curbside service for drop-offs, pick-ups, and prescription and diet refills.
We will be enabling a text messaging feature to improve our curbside service and offer our clients the ability to easily communicate with us. Upon your arrival for your pet's appointment, please send a text message to (410) 696-5979 to let us know the following:
- Reason for visit
- Your name and your pet's name
- Parking space that you are parked in
A staff member will then get back to you as quickly as possible on next steps. If you do not have texting capabilities, please give us a call at (410) 744-4224.
Please understand we may not be able to serve you as quickly as we have prior to the pandemic and wait times may be longer, particularly if your pet needs any testing or prolonged treatment. We ask you to plan ahead and allow extra time during your visit with us.
Now that the temperatures are getting colder and the sun sets earlier in the evening, please be mindful of the weather conditions and the scheduled time of your appointment. For those of who you typically walk or get dropped off at our hospital, please come prepared and dress warmly. We would also be happy to schedule your appointment earlier in the day to avoid having you wait outside while it’s dark. We are aware and sensitive to your concerns, and take your comfort and safety very seriously. If we anticipate an extended time with your pet, we may suggest you return home and we will call you as soon as your pet is ready to be picked up.
If you are experiencing flu/COVID-like symptoms, please alert our team by giving us a call before arriving for your pet’s appointment.
We thank you for continuing to help us stay safe during this time, and we look forward to seeing you and your pet soon! Wishing safe and healthy days to come.
